Summary: Trying to find the perfect home away from home for your group? Our 3BR home is located in Henderson, Nevada, just outside of Las Vegas. Come enjoy our refreshing swimming pool, bubbly hot tub, foosball table, lounging chairs around a firepit, BBQ, and more! This home is equipped with everything you need to get ready for your next adventure! The Space: Welcome to your Las Vegas getaway! Relax outdoors in the sunny Nevada weather with a swim in our pool or a soak in our hot tub (fits 2 people)! Indoors, you can watch your favorite show on our Smart TV's with access to all major streaming sites or take advantage of the high-speed wireless internet. Our solar-heated pool can be heated free of charge! Please message us one full day in advance for guidance on turning it on. Our solar heater can make it 5 - 8 degrees warmer than the current pool temperature and up to 12 degrees if the sun is out! Please note that since the pool uses solar heating, it can only raise the water temperature by 5–15°F. However, during colder winter months, the pool might not be as warm as desired due to outside temperatures. While we can’t control the water temperature, we will help ensure the solar heating system is turned on and operational during your stay While you will be near world-famous restaurants, sometimes nothing beats a meal at home with your loved ones. Bedroom One: 1 King ( Sleeps 2 ) Bedroom Two: 1 Queen ( Sleeps 2 ) Bedroom Three: 1 Queen ( Sleeps 2 ) 2 Twin Rollaway Cots ( Each Sleeps 1 ) The bathrooms come with all the essentials, including a hairdryer, towels, soap, and shampoo for your convenience. Don’t worry if you run out of clothes or spill something on your favorite shirt. We have a washer and dryer in the house to get you looking your best. Pets are welcome for a $150 fee for the first 2 pets. There will be an extra $50 charge for the 3rd pet which will be paid via Airbnb resolution. Guests are required to clean up after their pets, otherwise, additional cleaning fees will be charged. The house is dog-friendly, so don’t forget your furry friend! Please keep in mind that our home has a maximum capacity of eight guests. We will not allow any visitors inside or outside who exceed that number. Parties and Events - Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours, which start at 10 pm, are strictly observed. To ensure that our guests do not exceed a certain volume level and disturb our neighbors, we use a NoiseAware decibel level monitoring device. They are located in the home's common area. Any evidence of a party or event, including camera footage, excessive garbage, or other evidence will result in a fine of $500.00, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event. We have ring cameras in the front and the back of the house for security purposes. We kindly remind all guests that tampering with or unplugging Ring cameras is strictly prohibited. These cameras play a vital role in ensuring the security of our premises and protecting both you and our property. Please be aware that any unauthorized interference with the Ring cameras will be taken very seriously. In accordance with our policies and local regulations, guests found engaging in such actions may face fines of up to $500. Missing or damaged items - Any evidence of willful or negligent loss or damage to the property, furnishings, decoration, landscaping, towels, linens, or other items will be charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to $250.00. Towels and linens - Guests are required to keep towels and linens in good condition. Towels and washcloths should not be used to remove makeup or for cleaning purposes. Any permanent stains on towels or linens will fall into the category of negligent damage. Guests should NOT wash comforters or duvet comforters themselves as this can cause damage to those items and the washing machine.
