I thought I was booking through the Vdara hotel and in fact I was booking an owner owed suite so any questions about my booking including late or early checkouts could not be handled by the hotel because it was not controlled through the hotel. It seems as though the property is not being well maintained. Our room was not properly setup and looked run down. There was a kitchenette with a coffee machine but no coffee grinds, cups, etc. There were no slippers or robes in the room. Also, valet took a very long time to get our car each day. Our TV wasn’t working. Last, there was a used q-tip on the floor (yuck). We booked through Expedia and the staff kept telling us that we had an “owners room”.
