C'est lent de mettre la clim, appuyé longtemps une touche etc.....pas très accessible. On est bcp ennuyé par les vendeurs d'évent....car ils insistent bcp. Les mauvaises odeurs qui remontent de la salle d'eau. Le.parking est cher mais accessible.

Hôtel nouvellement rénové, qui offre de belles chambres, spacieuses mais qui n’ont pas de chaise. Difficile de faire le quotidien. Les frais de resort sont exhorbitants et surprenants. Ils devraient être inclus dans le forfait. Ce sera un des commentaires partagés avec notre entourage. Le manque d’accès à l’entrée et l’incapacité d’avoir un chariot à bagages sans devoir payer $25 sont un enjeu. Il faut savoir qu’une entrée (taxi-Uber) permet de récupérer les valises pour l’arrivée sans être dérangé. Manque de transparence ou d’information dans leur description ou sur place. Hôtel propre, personnel très disponible.

Hôtel au bout du Strip, mais le monorail à proximité permet d'accéder assez rapidement au coeur du Strip L'hôtel en lui même n'a rien d'exceptionnel, correct sans plus. Malheureusement ma chambre devait donner sur les évacuations des cuisines d'un restaurant odeur de graillon dans la chambre !!! Mis à part cela RAS

Ce que nous n'avons pas aimé : Payer 9 $ pour avoir accès a la tower Qui est devenu un endroit impersonnel Etre obligé de demander au personnel de faire la chambre (séjour de 4 nuits) Personnel de l'accueil qui vous propose un surclassement en payant 320$ sur un séjour déjà réglé de 550€ Pour le reste cela convenait.

I appreciate the free tickets to increase our enjoyment over an issue through Expedia and not specifically the hotel. I feel like the tower and pool bar we got over charged? Bucket of drinks should be the six drinks, not 5 as it misleads when a person sees six spots on the bucket, but only get 5 drinks. Not cool! Staff have always been amazing. It be nice to pay an extra $15-20 to get guaranteed early check in, at like some other hotels.

Although it was nice renovated suite but the room were too small with you could hear corridors and adjacent room noise all night long. The pool area was nice along with couple of food options in the resort.
