Overall fairly happy, few things could have been avoided
Overall, the house was clean and comfortable. However, a few things to be mentioned. 1-communication was not great. Check in at 4pm, and I didn’t have the access code when my out of country flight landed at 4. When I asked, I was told a 2 hour delay for “unforeseen circumstances “ I then had to find something to do instead of going there 2- advertised a BBQ on site however all 3 propane tanks were empty. When I asked about it, host replied that there wasn’t any more. So I had to go get my own. Again- I’m from out of country, no idea where to go and big inconvenience. Also added expense when it SHOULD have been provided 3- pool maintenance guy showed up while my friend was home alone. Had no idea he was coming, made it very uncomfortable for her. This should have been communicated to me. 3- kitchen amenities needs to be looked over. No cutting board, one broken spatula. No dish cloths. Not enough coffee mugs etc. a good check through everything is needed 5- smoke alarm batteries need to be checked. One had dead battery and was chirping. We repaired. As I mentioned above, the home is beautiful and it’s in a nice quiet area. We felt safe. We were just disappointed with what I mentioned when we paid as much as we did for a week stay. There was no offer of discount or reimbursement for the delayed check in or lack of propane and inconvenience that both issues caused.

Long Weekend in Vegas
House is as advertised on VRBO. It was in a quiet neighborhood and felt very safe. House was well stocked and pool was delightful in the 90 degree weather. Lyft rides to the Strip were about $25. Communication was timely and everything went smoothly.

Great stay at this beautiful house
This was a perfect house for our 4 day stay! We pulled into town an hour or so early, and they were perfectly ok with giving us the code early. Beautiful property that we absolutely loved. It was raining pretty bad 2 out of the 4 days we stayed so we really only got to enjoy the pool for one day. We had a slight leak in the master a/c Unit due to the excessive rain. But, the owners acted fast and came to check on us! We are pretty easy going people so we didn’t make a big deal about it and just turned the upstairs air conditioner and it stopped. Also, it didnt make the upstairs hot either! Regardless, we would be happy to stay at this property again in the future. Thank you for a wonderful experience

The property was a little older but has a lot of updates. Many barking dogs when we were outside. My husband has Parkinson’s and all four bedrooms were upstairs. Getting upstairs was very difficult for him. There was no portable garage door opener so someone had to manually close it after the car was backed out. Overall the property was acceptable, but we would rent a different property for the price next time.

Perfect family time with young adult children
The house was very clean and easy to locate. Check in process easy- even late at night. Not easy to travel with young adult children and hotel stays. This allowed each child to have their own room- 2 1/2 baths bonus! The pool was a godsend due to the heat! The location- so close to the strip, Hoover dam- Red Rock Canyan- and the airport!

My family and I had the most awesome time at this property. The house is welcoming and felt like home. I had a great experience in this property. Very clean inside and outside the house. Neighborhood is very clean, safe and quiet. A good place for a family. I went with 3 other friends for a business event and had enough room for all of us. We could fit more people. Communication was not bad but could be better. But overall I would definitely recommend this place!
