The inviting fenced backyard features a lush grass area perfect for games, a refreshing pool, and a cozy patio to relax and unwind. Inside, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for family meals, and convenient garage parking. This home is the perfect blend of comfort and relaxation! Bedroom One: 1 King Bed (sleeps 2) with ensuite bathroom, Bedroom Two: 1 Queen (sleeps 2), Bedroom Three: 1 Queen (sleeps 2), Bedroom Four: 1 Queen (sleeps 2) Fully Equipt Kitchen Supplies Provided: Toilet paper Paper towels Shampoo Conditioner Body Wash Handsoap Towels Make-up Remover Towels Coffee Bar Laundry Detergent/Bleach Amenities: Pool BBQ Grill \*POOL INFORMATION\* The pool and spa are remotely controlled by the host. Kindly contact the host to request heating of the pool and spa, specifying your desired times. Please note that, in accordance with our county quiet hours, both the pool and spa will automatically shut off at 11:00 PM. Pool heating is available upon request for only $100 per day (Must be on for the entirety of your stay). Please notify us at least 48 hours prior to your arrival if you would like this turned on. Lastly, please avoid removing or turning off the pool vacuum as this may cause harm/damage. \*PET POLICY\* We welcome all our furry friends! $50 for each pet. Please note any damages caused by pets may be subject to an additional charge. \*SECURITY CAMERAS\* For everyone's safety, there are 2 outdoor security cameras on property that records audio and video 24/7\. They do NOT look into interior spaces. These cameras are ONLY on the exterior, NONE are located inside. \*QUIET HOURS\* 11 pm - 7 am every day. You must turn off all backyard lights during quiet hours, according to the city's Airbnb rules. \*MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY\* Our home has a maximum capacity of 8 guests. To ensure that our guests do not exceed a certain volume level and disturb our neighbors, we use a NoiseAware decibel level monitoring device. They are located in the home's common area. Any evidence of a party or event, including camera footage, excessive garbage, or other evidence will result in a fine of $500.00, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event. We have ring cameras in the front and the back of the house for security purposes. We kindly remind all guests that tampering with or unplugging Ring cameras is strictly prohibited. These cameras play a vital role in ensuring the security of our premises and protecting both you and our property. Please be aware that any unauthorized interference with the Ring cameras will be taken very seriously. In accordance with our policies and local regulations, guests found engaging in such actions may face fines of up to $500. Missing or damaged items - Any evidence of willful or negligent loss or damage to the property, furnishings, decoration, landscaping, towels, linens or other items will be charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to $250.00. Towels and linens - Guests are required to keep towels and linens in good condition. Towels and washcloths should not be used to remove makeup or for cleaning purposes. Any permanent stains on towels or linens will fall into the category of negligent damage.
