It has all the qualities you need in a rental: The unit, which had been recently remodeled, was large and very clean. The bed (memory foam) was comfortable, and the shower was hot with good pressure. It's also conveniently close to a grocery store and gas station. Communication is great as well: I had trouble accessing the wifi my first night there, and the hosts responded within half an hour of my phone call, despite the fact that it was nearly 9pm. I was in town on business, and I also personally appreciated that I could get to the trade show within 10 minutes without using the I-15\. It was nice to not have to deal with traffic jams in the morning!The only downside (for me) was that the air conditioning was distractingly loud--I just couldn't tune it out. Closing the bedroom door and putting in earplugs was the only fix. Again, this could be just me. If you don't mind white noise, it shouldn't be a problem. I appreciate Dylan's good communication, before, during and after, and for the comfortable stay! ##### Naomi A.
