Access to the neighboring units is not permitted. You can self-check-in with the keypad. Owners and occupants may park in the parking lot in front of the unit. Parking is not gated and there is no garage. There is extra parking on the side streets if needed. Owner is available via phone, text, or booking platform messaging. Owner hotline is always available 8am-9pm PST, but may not be available overnight. Text and booking platform is preferred and likely to give quicker response. Report Any Issues Promptly • Report any cleaning concerns, damages, or malfunctioning amenities within the first 12 hours of check-in. If we are not notified in a timely manner, we may be unable to address your concerns or offer remediation after your stay. • Guests are responsible for any and all damages, lost or stolen items, decor, furnishings, etc that occur during their stay.
