To ensure that our guests do not exceed a certain volume level and disturb our neighbors, we use a NoiseAware decibel level monitoring device. They are located in the home's common area. Any evidence of a party or event, including camera footage, excessive garbage, or other evidence will result in a fine of $500.00, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event. We have ring cameras in the front and the back of the house for security purposes. We kindly remind all guests that tampering with or unplugging Ring cameras is strictly prohibited. These cameras play a vital role in ensuring the security of our premises and protecting both you and our property. Please be aware that any unauthorized interference with the Ring cameras will be taken very seriously. In accordance with our policies and local regulations, guests found engaging in such actions may face fines of up to $500. Missing or damaged items - Any evidence of willful or negligent loss or damage to the property, furnishings, decoration, landscaping, towels, linens, or other items will be charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to $250.00\. Towels and linens - Guests are required to keep towels and linens in good condition. Towels and washcloths should not be used to remove makeup or for cleaning purposes. Any permanent stains on towels or linens will fall into the category of negligent damage. Great rental, comfortable and well appointed. Good location close to highway and easy to get in and out of town. Fenced yard and there is a walking trail right behind the property. The backyard was clean and offered plenty of places to sit and enjoy a little sun. Location was great. This home is clean, well arranged, and comfortable. The kitchen is very pleasant and had everything we needed to prepare some meals. It had everything we needed to get organized after selling our house nearby. Nicely appointed and decorated. Easy-peasy check-in/out. Walk to coffee shops. Relaxing patio. Large and secure backyard for our doggo. Very responsive management. No vacation rental is perfect but this place comes pretty dang close. We look forward to booking this house again. ##### Donna H. The jacuzzi was so big and the temperature was perfect. Host and staff were wonderful kept in touch just to make sure we didn't need anything. I love staying in Henderson when I come to Las Vegas because it's quiet and it has great restaurants. Hanks is my favorite. ##### Victoria V. The pictures reflected what we experienced, it is in a quiet neighborhood and has a great enclosed backyard space for dogs. This property has everything you need! I also love the location! The owners gave me a contact person before arrival, Kim, who was super responsive and answered all my questions. They were quick to address any issues we had. The house was clean and we had the utensils needed to cook. The backyard was great to sit with friends and the jacuzzi was definitely a bonus.The only odd thing was I couldn’t figure out how to turn on the table lamps. Staying at a hotel is really hard with an 85 year old in a wheelchair. This property fit us so perfect. Away from the strip but close enough to everything. The neighborhood is very quite and safe. The house is clean and very comfortable. All the bedding is nice and the kitchen had everything we needed. The jacuzzi is totally the bomb. Right by the house and easy to operate. Our hosts were perfect, very friendly and available any time. We had a hassle free, lovely time. ##### Cheri C.
