The only downside is how far EVERYTHING is in Vegas from the Signature. That said, nothign a 30 min walk during the day, and 30 uber at night can't fix. ##### bruce z. Location was perfect! Was easily able to walk to MGM Grand and take trams up and down the strip. It was super close to Live Dolby Theater which was awesome! This unit is located in an upscale “hotel like” building. Kitchen amenities are simple, the Starbucks downstairs is a perk. The unit is clean and the owner is easy to communicate with. We got unlucky and the pools were closed due to air quality the day we were going to use them. Was very clean and bed was very comfortable. Would book it again. ##### Megan J.
