Ideally located in a gated community close to the Strip, it comes with a bedroom with King bed & ensuite bath, a second and third bedroom with Queen beds & adjoining baths, a fully equipped kitchen, weekly housekeeping and access to Ariva's extensive amenities in its 30-acre grounds.

As featured in Luxury Editor, this brand new 1,775 sq. ft residence comes with designer furnishings, 1 bedroom with King bed and ensuite bath, 1 secondary bedroom with Queen bed, 1 third bedroom with a Queen bed, living and dining area with large windows, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer. Weekly housekeeping services are included. Residence also features Frette linen, Matouk terry, Grown Alchemist organic bath products, smart TVs, Wifi, cable and safe.

Our Guest Services team is available 7 days a week, from 7am to 6pm. In addition, guests can also access Ariva's app to make appointments for wellness services (personal training, massage and nutrition), housekeeping services, pet services (dog walking, dog sitting and grooming) and handyman services.
