This includes racing, revving, and spinning out cars/motorcycles on or around the property. Most importantly, NO DISTURBING THE NEIGHBORS! NO EXCEPTIONS! If any neighbor or authority contacts us during your stay to report violation of any of the above rules, then you will be reported to the channel you booked under and required to leave the property immediately without refund. 7️⃣ Pets – Allowed if the Property owner approves and you pay the pet fee. The home was very clean and it had all the amenities we needed for our week long stay. The place is very pet friendly and the house was very roomy for some zoomies. The location is close to the strip --it took about 10 mins to drive to the strip which was perfect. You had the activity of the strip and a quiet and peaceful place to sleep afterwards. Our host was wonderful and really took care of our needs and answered all questions during our entire reservation. If you are headed to Vegas and need a great home with all the amenities, I highly recommend this place. I know that I will reserve this place again on our next visit to Vegas. ##### Leni J.
