### Mid-century rural ranch house minutes to the strip

Charming 2-bed, 1.5-bath ranch home on a former 1-acre horse ranch, blending rural tranquility with city convenience. Enjoy a cozy living space, a fully equipped kitchen, and  
ldeal for those seeking a peaceful retreat  
within city limits. Easy access to urban amenities and a touch of  
countryside charm.  
  
This is an 1,100 sq. ft first floor home. There is an upper unit which was converted into a 1 bedroom apartment for my son, but currently is being rented out as a short term rental. There is a private separate entry to the left side of the home. There is a fireplace with remote controlled candles. There is a master room with a king size bed and 2nd bedroom with a queen size bed.   
There is a full bath and 1/2 bath. There is washer/dryer. There is tandem parking. Also note that this property is located on an acre of a former horse ranch. It has its own water well, which is pumped up and goes through a filtration system.  
  
Minimal contact with guests. You can reach me through Airbnb messaging or by text to my cell number.  
  
The neighborhood is surrounded by homes that are on 1/2 acre up to 2 acre parcels. Property is located on a former horse ranch and the neighborhood is zoned as rural, yet it's centrally located to all modern amenities.  
  
Airport 5 minutes  
Strip 9 minutes  
Stores 3 minutes  
UNLV 5 minutes  
Convention Center 12 minutes  
  
Some nearby stores that are minutes away include Super Walmart, Sprouts, Dollar Tree, and Trader Joe's. Some nearby restaurants include Black Bear Diner, Top Sushi & Oyster(highly recommend), and Casa Di Amore.  
  
Getting around by car, Uber, Lyft is recommended. There are 2 major cross streets Eastern and Pecos, which is a short walk away where public transportation is available.
