Its enormous Strip-side balcony gives the 35th-floor suite at The Signature at MGM Grand panoramic views of Vegas' nightlife. Suite #35609 is in Tower 1 of The Signature at MGM Grand, closest tower to MGM's 6.5 acre pool complex, Lazy River, bars, clubs, shows, casino and MGM Grand Garden Arena. It's a secondary residence for me. As such, it's routinely checked and maintained. It meets my high standards and it will meet yours -- or I will make sure it does. THE SPACE: \+ NO Resort Fee, a daily savings of more than $40 compared to direct bookings through MGM and other Vegas resorts. \+ 550-square-foot penthouse equipped with King Bed, Queen Bed pullout couch, large-screen HD TV, large wooden desk, closet, drawers, digital safe, bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and separate shower, dual sinks, fog-free mirrors, hair dryer, soaps, body wash, shampoo, lotion, towels, etc. \+ Massive private balcony with views of The Strip and a straightaway stretch of the upcoming F1 Grand Prix \+ HD TV upgraded with Apple TV and Amazon Fire Stick plus MGM Signature's standard TV system with PPV movies \+ UPGRADES to bathroom that include rain shower head and authentic Jacuzzi brand two-person tub \+ FREE access to MGM Grand's vast 6.5 acre pool(s) complex and Lazy River \+ FREE access to each of the three pools at MGM Signature towers, i.e., adults-only pool at Tower 1 and family pools at Towers 2 and 3 \+ FREE Valet Parking (based on availability) or self parking at the adjoining MGM Grand, 1.5 blocks away. Proceed to Tower 1's 37th-floor. \+ At check-in, MGM will put a hold on your credit card for an amount between $100 to $300 (depending on length of stay). This is for incidental purchases (e.g., room service, pay-per-view TV movies, spa, etc). Any unused credit is returned to your credit card after you check out. \+ The MGM Signature is a smoke-free property with the exception of smoking sections near each lobby and the MGM Grand casino. Smoking or vaping in any suite will result in a $300 charge to the credit/debit card on file. \+ The suite is thoroughly cleaned before each reservation, but there is no daily housekeeping provided. If you want the third-party housekeeping company to clean the suite an additional time during your stay and/or bring extra towels/linens to the suite, there will be an additional fee. \+ FREE use of MGM washers and dryers for reservations of seven days or longer. Laundry room is located near the Tower 2 lobby, accessible by key card. \+ Check-in begins at 3 p.m. Pacific Time. Checkout is 11 a.m. Pacific Time. \+ MGM Grand Garden Arena is a five- to eight-minute walk using the air-conditioned indoor moving walkways. \+ Top Golf Las Vegas is a five-minute downhill walk on the well-lit outdoor path accessed by your key card. \+ Wet Republic is a three-minute walk, adjacent to the MGM Grand Pool Complex. \+ T-Mobile Arena abuts New York-New York, which connects to the MGM Grand via pedestrian bridge. It's a 10- to 15-minute walk from the MGM pedestrian bridge. \+ Allegiant Stadium is less than 2 miles from MGM Signature, e.g., a 10-minute Uber/Lyft (est. $13) when using the taxi lot at the roundabout outside Tower 1. Guest access The entire penthouse is yours to enjoy. Other things to note: I have four VRBO units at MGM Signature (three penthouses and one 1BR/2BA condo).
