Superbe séjour pour le Nouvel-An
Hôtel idéalement situé, proche du Strip avec accès gratuit en navette. Les chambres sont spacieuses, propres et très confortables. Une literie parfaite. Le petit-déjeuner est très bien pour les USA (mais attention au monde versus le nombre de places disponibles).

I would have given a higher score if it wasn't for the paper thin walls. My neighbors were partying all night and I called down to the front desk and spoke to them about the noise but nothing changed. Also, there was hair in the shower and some wrappers around the couch. When I checked in, the front desk guy was very nice. The breakfast was good and the bed was comfortable.

The staff was very nice forbthe most part but this hotel is not nearly as clean as the other Home2Suites I have stayed in. Breakfast was ok, area is undergoing alot of construction which will be great when finished but currently it can be hectic. I personally would not stay at this location again.

The staff was super friendly and helpful with every question that we had to ask we from Detroit and we enjoyed our stay there the beds were excellent the towels were very plush and nice the breakfast is the number one thing that I loved about the hotel they gave us goodie bags as well when we walked in and treated us alike human beings and that I appreciate it

A room is specious and clean with a desk fitted for working. However wherever you want to go to Casinos or sightseeing, you have to take a taxi. It takes more than 30minutes walk from the hotel…

My daughter and I stayed here for a volleyball tournament at Mandalay Bay Convention Center. We were in the AM wave and had to arrive by 7 am. The staff went out of their way to make sure breakfast was available to us before leaving each morning.

The property was clean. The rooms were spacious and taken care of. The parking lot was never overfilled and they have a parking garage in case it is. Parking garage above second flood didn’t have an elevator. Solution: unload at door and then park. Breakfast was hot and ready. I would change it up from eggs for sure. We had it two days in a row but they were made differently; sunny side up kind of but not runny and an omelet. Our bathroom was on the smaller side but functional. Kitchenette was stocked and the refrigerator was a large size for a change. I would recommend to anyone, they are pet friendly, and they seem very family oriented. No issues with service or check in/out.

A great place to stay with the family. I really enjoyed the breakfast options and the helpful staff members. Our beds were loose though. Any type of movement would cause a squeaking sound that was a bit disturbing. Other than that, it is an absolute great place to stay. We will be staying here again!!

Bad first stay
The hotel wis very nice and spacious, we loved the size of the room. The sheets on the bed had not been changed, just placed on the bed neatly. There was stains and hair on the sheet when I pulled the covers back, and when I called the front desk to request someone come change the sheets, I was told she was the only employee at work and she couldn’t leave the desk. I was able to come and get sheets and change the bed myself. It was very insulated as that is not my job, I am on vacation and the sheets should have been changed prior to me checking in. I liked everything else about the room, the breakfast was very good and parking was cheap. I complained prior to checking out and I was told someone would contact me, and it has been 14 days since my check out, and no follow-up. Haven’t decided if I would give this establishment another chance.
