Hôtel propre et confortable, au calme !
Alors certes cet hôtel n'est pas sur le strip, mais il n'est qu'à 10 mn du centre si vous avez une voiture. Hôtel récent, propre et chambre confortable, donc à recommander pour un court séjour à Las Vegas. En plus, aucun problème de parking (gratuit) et le petit-déjeuner est de très bonne qualité. A conseiller les yeux fermés si préférez dormir au calme !

excentré mais propre et sans mauvaise surprise
récent, très clean. Problème par grand vent nous avons été gênés toute la nuit par le claquement des drapeaux fixés sur la façade au droit de notre chambre. Piscine inutilisable, tout le mobilier tombé dedans ! Beakfast OK Néanmoins assez reposant quand on veut fuir un peu l'ambiance des hotels casinos

Overall this was a decent stay, just a one nighter on the way to Cali. Its fairly easy to get to, and the area around it is okay. Check in was easy and parking was good. My son decided to try and hide and jump scare us and ended up finding a bug and a french fry. We asked to borrow a vacuum and all was well. The breakfast was good and the gym was nice as well.

It's just what you need for a quick, clean, inexpensive stop-over in Las Vegas. Nate was at the front desk when we arrived in the late evening with four tired grandsons (all under the age of 6!). He took special care of us. Good practical value for the money, close to supermarkets and places to eat and refuel.

I was charged a fee for my service animal, even though I called before I arrived to measure it was ok, I was not approached about the animal during my stay, and I called again after I noticed an extra charge on my credit card. I was not notified or given a receipt for this by the hotel. I will never stay at a Holiday Inn Express, or any related properties, nor will I ever recommend one. The manager, Nate, was also very rude over he phone.

Internet does not work. You cannot get online. Area unsafe. Also, Service was miserable. The front desk person was angry and stressed out. She was arguing with someone on the phone when we arrived, hung up, and then refused to talk to us or listen to any requests. We wanted to be away from potential noise and wound up In the noisiest room, close to lobby and on first floor. The hotel was clearly still empty at that hour, but she wouldn’t even discuss another room option with us and threatened to cancel our reservation when we asked. Horrible person, horrible service.

Great stay
Frank at the front desk is amazing. He is very great at his job and he was able to help make our stay comfortable and wonderful. The breakfast is filling and clean and delicious. The other front desk gentlemen were also very amazing and accommodating.

Out of a 14 day stay the room was not cleaned 3 times. The room cleaner did a poor job leaving the bed sloppily made. Some times leaving bits of trash on floor like a used q-tip from waste basket. Also did not replenish cups and coffee pods. The elevator was out of full service the last two days. You had to walk up stairs to 2nd floor to get on. The price paid for this room should have come with really good service. Looking for other options for next time.

The room was missing a shower curtain and towels upon check in, and just in a state in need of repairs. Multiple signs throughout the hotel warning of theft and items that are commonly stolen. We appreciated the heads up, but it really made us also feel unsafe during our stay. The staff were great and accommodating - absolutely no complaints on the customer service at this location.

I needed to stay close to the airport and Spring Valley Hospital. The Holiday Inn Express met all objectives. Very pleasant and helpful staff, clean, quiet rooms, great air conditioning and excellent breakfast. There are very good restaurants close by. I used the Fitness Center and it had everything needed. I will stay here again.
