Suite de 3 chambres au 53ème étage. Vue incroyable sur Las Vegas. Pas d’option dans l’hôtel pour manger mais de nombreux restaurants à proximité. Un Starbucks et un petit commerce dans le lobby.

Excellent hôtel Situé au cœur des casinos tendances mais en léger décalage permettant un peu de calme de retour à l’hôtel après les longues marches dans l’animation du strip.

Superbe chambre au 30éme étage avec une douche mais une évacuation de lavabo presque bouchée comme souvent? Une hôtesse d'accueil très pro et pour une fois acquiesçant tout ou presque de nos souhaits et nous précisant que le parking était gratuit pour les hôtes de l'hôtel. Ce qui n'était pas le cas lors de notre premier séjour, rien de ce que l'on demandait n'était possible??

Apres deux sejours a une semaine d'intervalle, tres deçus lors du premier ou on m'a proposé un service de nettoyage quotidien de la chambre en option a presque 80$ par jour alors que celui ci a toujours été inclus sans frais, une chambre à l'éclairage reduit, je sais que le covid et les restrictions d'énergie sur Las Vegas sont de mise mais quand meme apres les excés de gaspillage ils sont tombés dans l'excés contraire, il y a 3 ans on faisait tourner le Lave Vaiselle pour un verre sale, aujourd'hui on ne fait plus rien! Le parking bien qu'annoncé payant est resté gratuit pour les clients de l'hotel enfin une bonne nouvelle, et pour le deuxiéme séjour sans savoir pourquoi la chambre a été nettoyé une fois au milieu du sejour sans demande de ma part? Sinon hotel toujours aussi comfortable et calme

Excellent location on the Strip (through the Miracle Mile Shops). Our room (junior suite on the 11th) was clean and of decent size with a view on the Eiffel Tower and parking lot. The room’s door was often stuck and had to push it very hard to open it which made a very loud noise.

[everything was great except the swimming pool was closed. I didn’t get a chance to get in the pool. A steam room with a sauna would be great next time otherwise everything was.

My family of 4 stayed at the Elara between 19-23 May 2024 in the 1 Bedroom suite. The room was spacious with an excellent view of the Eiffel tower, Sphere and other well known landmarks in the area. A well maintained kitchen and washer/dryer made sure we were to manage our day-to-day requirements suitably. Connectivity to Miracle Mile shops as well as other notable landmarks in the area was an added plus. Had a great time on the whole at the Elara. Look forward to coming back some time soon.

The pool was closed unexpectedly and the only option was to walk to The Flamingo. That is a 20 min walk and a cab or Uber voucher should have been provided. I came specifically for the pool time.

Property was nice but while staying there the hotel experienced some window panes that broke above the pool. The entire pool area was shut down and closed. No relaxing by the pool area at all and The pool was being drained also.

Pool area had a large piece of glass that fell off of the building and burst all over causing it to be closed.and staff left it all in place keeping the pool closed for three days.

Everything was great! Michael at the front desk gave us exceptional service! I’m gradually leaning toward the Hilton properties over Marriott and have not been disappointed. Will definitely stay here again when we come to Vegas!

Hotel was conveniently located. Close to Bakkt Theatre, Vegas Strip and shopping. Studio rooms had great kitchenette. Would recommend a small eating area with table and chairs. Also would recommend better coffee facilities and an upgrade in quality of coffee supplied. Definitely would stay again on next visit.

I was assigned to the wrong room, not cleaned, maybe another guest’s room, at first. Besides, the bathtub was not clean since dust or mold showed up when I used jet bubbles. The washer and drying machine didn’t work normally and made my clothes locked for a few hours. Overall, the room and pool were fine and the staff were friendly, but those points above could be better.
