Prior approval is required for pets, and additional fees will apply. The fee is $275 for up to 2 pets. If more than 2 pets are approved, there is an additional charge of $50 per pet. • QUITE HOURS are 10 PM TO 8 AM MONDAY THRU FRIDAY and 10 PM TO 10 AM ON SATURDAY AND SUNDAY. • NO SMOKING INSIDE. All our properties have a no-smoking indoors policy. Smoking inside will result in a $1,500.00 fine. • HOMES HAVE STRICT OCCUPANCY LIMITS. Overoccupying the home will result in fines of up to $2,500 and/or cancellation of the booking. • MAIL DELIVERY POLICY: We request that guests do not use our address for mail deliveries. Guests are welcome to have packages delivered during their stay for door-to-door service. Our mailbox is not available for guest use. Early check-in: $25/hr. Late checkout is $50/hr. • Backyard Maintenance: Our gardener may visit to take care of the yard and keep the outdoor areas looking their best during your stay. They’ll remain outdoors and won’t enter the home. Any violations of these house rules may lead to eviction without refund and/or a fine. This was ideal for us as it has four nice bedrooms and two bathrooms. The rest of the house is nice and the neighborhood was pretty quiet. The location turned out to be great for us, being only about two miles from our daughter's home. Beyond that, the location is good as the house is only about two blocks away—walking distance—from the Water Street District, where you can find many nice restaurants. Communication with the property owner was wonderful also. My inquiries were responded to promptly. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. ##### John V. Back yard fenced and was good for some playtime and there are several good dog parks with shade in the area as well. Indoor and outdoor shaded eating/seating.House was secure and had essentials with large fridge if you plan on cooking. Easily accommodates 4 adults comfortably, 6 would feel a bit crowded in common area I think, unless other two are children. Bedrooms are roomy. All beds are spring mattresses, none were firm. So if you need firm, I'd check with host on options. Great water pressure. Toilets were ADA height in bedroom en suite and main seemed to be a comfort height, which is 1" taller than a standard height. This may be challenging for smaller children.Overall we enjoyed our time here, host communicated well. We would stay here again. ##### Mary D.
