This studio is located in The Signature at MGM modern all-suite hotel in 3 high-rise towers, and you’ll have access to all amenities including the pool, fitness gym, and lobby bar. Who knows how much sleep you’ll get in Vegas – or when? But when you do, the king-size bed offers up glorious comfort so you can rest, recharge, and be raring to go again. There’s no need to venture out when you’re hungry. The kitchenette has all the essential appliances, including a mini-refrigerator, flat top stove, and microwave. So you can store and prepare snacks and meals whenever you need to. The studio will also give you your own living room area complete with a sofa that converts into a queen bed. Great views are to be had of the wall-mounted TV, so grab the remote and flick through the channels. Last, but not least, your private bathroom is a picture of luxury. Stealing the show is the large shower and jetted tub, a great place to freshen up and get ready for the slots and tables on the Strip. Staying here gives you access to resort amenities. A maintenance team is also available 7 days per week if needed. The team conducts regular inspections of the property to ensure the highest standards are maintained, so expect the very best experience. YOUR NEIGHBORHOOD Welcome to the Signature at MGM. It’s a resort just a block away from the Las Vegas Strip (a 5-minute drive) and is very close to a variety of restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping centers. So you can stock up the kitchenette really easily. If you want to keep your homely comforts, but also want to experience the glitz and true essence of the Las Vegas experience, staying here gives you it all. GETTING AROUND It’s just a block to the Strip, so you will get to the action in no time. You can walk to the Las Vegas Strip from the property through an air-conditioned walkway that provides direct entry to the MGM Grand Casino floor. You can also arrange a ride with Uber or Lyft. If you’re driving here, valet parking is free, and there are plenty of free outside parking spaces, including a 6 story parking deck behind the property on Aubrey Lane. Other things to note OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE • A $100 refundable security deposit will be collected at the time of check-in per day (up to $300.) The security deposit must ONLY be paid with either a debit or credit card (cash/check NOT accepted). •Guests must be 21 years of age to check-in. •Daily housekeeping is not included, but additional items (towels, sheets, shampoo, etc.) can be provided upon request for an additional fee. Our suite is serviced by an independent cleaning company every day during normal business hours. Please find the services they offer on the menu in the unit. Towel service, as other cleaning services are available for a charge. Please contact the cleaning company directly for service on the phone number provided on the card. You get the same access to the amenities & engineer help as hotel guests, but daily cleaning is not part of the rate. The MGM Signature is a non-smoking resort (including the balconies, if featured in your suite) but does have smoking sections near the lobby. Please do not smoke or vape in the suites - we will charge a $300 smoke/marijuana vape damage fee to treat the suite for damage. Please note that extra guests (up to the maximum allowable limits occupancy) added after the booking incur will a $10 + tax/ night/ extra guest fee. The free valet parking (which is so rare in Vegas) was a real plus. Upon entering, the room was clean, quiet and organized & the view was lovely. The separate sitting area & dining table were a plus. The kitchen had all that we needed for our stay (microwave was especially nice for re-heating food). The connection to the MGM Grand made access to gaming & food options a breeze. The room was spacious, super clean, and had that modern, upscale feel we were hoping for. The best part was definitely the incredible view of the Sphere — it looked stunning, especially at night!The location was perfect — close enough to the Strip to walk, but still quiet and relaxing when you wanted to escape the chaos. Staff were friendly and helpful, check-in was smooth, and everything felt well-maintained.Overall, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The Signature in general is an excellent spot if you don't mind a short walk to the casino due to its location on the strip and the access you get to both the Signature private pool and the big MGM pool complex. The studio had everything we needed for two guests - a King bed and a pull out couch with a quarter wall partition. Linens were provided and clean, along with soaps and shampoo/conditioner. The in-room jacuzzi tub offers a great break from the action in the comfort of your own room.Check-in was a breeze, just like being a hotel guest. Would easily stay here again on my next trip - in a city that's losing value, it's hard to beat this price with all the amenities! Thanks for a great stay! ##### Kevin C. Room did show a view of the sphere. The host did upgrade the room to a bigger room without telling us. The staff was very helpful and having the valet was great. The units are located well within the mix of things. It was nice having the monorail stop being a short walk away. It offers the security of MGM Signature, proximity to the strip, and easy access to the highway and main roads for off-strip fun.
