Beautiful house in a family friendly neighborhood. The Las Vegas strip is 20 minutes away and Cowabunga Bay water park is 5 minutes away! Every room has a TV and fast wifi. The yard is fully fenced and your furry family members and an additional $50 pet fee applied after you book. Quiet time is 10pm-7am. No parties. Perfect house for your get away to Lake Mead Recreational Park.

Locally owned and managed, available to assist in any needs you may have to make your stay more enjoyable!

Simple. Great potential.
We felt the house could use a deep cleaning and some esthetic updates. Quite a few holes in the walls. The couch could use a shampooing— we found ourselves not really wanting to sit on it. I see the bedroom blinds were mentioned in another review— the light definitely shines right in making it hard to sleep in if desired. The bath towels were the daintiest, roughest I’ve used. Among other things but I don’t want to be too negative. We decided last minute to book this house vs getting a hotel. Almost felt like we were in a hotel due to the condition of things— although it was nice to have the space vs crammed into a hotel room. Hosts were very nice through messaging before and even during our stay— leaving this review in hopes for home improvements. House has great potential. The location was perfect for us.

Nice but minimalistic
This property had all the basic needs, but lacked in providing a sense of homeyness. With very few personal touches and minimal decor. My biggest complaint would be that The bedrooms only have mini blinds which meant we were up with the rising of the sun at 5:30AM each day. A dresser for clothing would have been nice too. The home is pet friendly, which I am very grateful for however, the main living space is carpeted, which had several stains in it. Thankfully, there wasn’t any odors that could be detected, as this is usually the case with carpet. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the home was conveniently located to both the airport and the venue we were attending.

Simple and safe.
The house is in a very quiet neighborhood. Stores are nearby (Walmart, Albertsons) and there are several restaurants nearby as well. We stayed here because it was near our daughter and her family and for a fee, dogs are allowed. The house fulfilled its purpose and was a clean, quiet comfortable place to sleep and eat. The air conditioner worked fabulous in the July Vegas heat. The WIFI worked well for us. However, the hot water heater does not last long so be sparing with your hot showers. Located about a mile away is a fabulous park, Heritage Park. They have a bark park and a dog splash pad, as well as a shaded playground. There is also a community pool with two separate pools - one for lap swimming and one for playtime. On July 4th the park hosted a great fireworks show. The house is sparsely furnished and not well equipped with basics. The kitchen is missing a few helpful things like an ice cream scoop and a salad bowl. It is not well suited for cooking in, but for warming food and having a cold drink it is fine. The smoke alarm is sensitive and went off when the oven door was opened while baking. The bathrooms are missing a bath mat, so you need to put a towel down. There are only 4 bath towels so it was a little bit of an inconvenience. There is not much to do at the house, which was ok for us as we were visiting and sightseeing a lot. There is an air hockey table. The TV in the living room is streaming only and if you are old like me, you might need help figuring it out (lol). The TV’s in the bedroom turn on but there is no service, not even streaming.

Family Visit to Vegas
This property was perfect. We have family in Henderson and were traveling with our 4 and 5 year old. The place was great for young kids and I'm sure it would've been great for older children too. The house is clean and well organized and owners were very responsive. We had no issues with this rental and nothing but a positive rental experience.

Served its Purpose
This home was perfect for what we needed it for since we didn't spend too much time in it. The communication regarding the check-in process and information about the home was a little "relaxed". When I arrived at the home all I had from the owners was the code to get in. There was no apparent information regarding Wifi that I could find in the house and had to contact the owners to get this info. The house has a pull out couch but no extra sheets or blankets besides what is on the bed, so that was interesting, bring your own sheets if you plan on using the pull out couch. We didn't use any of the kitchen appliances, there was a nice looking gas fireplace but no apparent way to turn it on. Also the area is apparently very bad for AT&T, which obviously has nothing to do with the home but just be aware. I had one to no bars of service while at the house so being able to log onto the Wifi was key. Property was clean and had towels and the bare minimum of "essentials". Thanks
