This sky-high 1BD/1.5BA condo gives you breathtaking views of the Strip, Bellagio Fountain, CityCenter , and the scenic Nevada mountains! This unit is not available through Vdara as there are only 6 of this kind in the entire hotel and this one is the biggest sitting on 920 sq ft. The unit also features a fully equipped kitchen and kitchenware is available upon request from the front desk any time during your stay. Also, even though my pricing is already very competitive, I will still BEAT any price by 5% from a legitimate source with sufficient proof for a room at Vdara equivalent or higher than Panoramic suite. \- 270° views of Las Vegas \- Panoramic Views of the strip and Bellagio Lake \-A custom king-size bed with pillow-top mattress by Sealy \-Living room with pullout queen-size sofa bed \-High speed wired and wireless Internet access \- Media hub for Mp3 players, cameras, DVD players and game consoles \- Washer and dryer \- Four-burner electric cook top and microwave \- Stainless steel refrigerator \- Large spa-style soaking tub Check In Process: The check in process works just like if you were to book through the hotel or other sources. Once the booking is complete and payment is cleared, you will receive a reservation number. When you arrive to the hotel you will need to present any major credit card, an ID as well as the reservation number you will be provided with by me. Check in time is 3PM and check out is 11AM. Early check ins and late check outs are allowed, but only if there is no other guests checking in or out around the dates of your visit. Bed arrangement: The unit sleeps 4 people + there is a rollaway bed available from the hotel making it total 5\. There is a King bed in the bedroom which sleeps 2 and a pull out sofa that sleeps 2 more comfortably. Vdara offers rollaway beds. I use to be able to reserve them for my guests but I can no longer do that. As a hotel guest you may call the hotel the day before check or on the day of check in and ask them to put one in the room for you before you check in. This always works and we have not had any issues lately. They have plenty of them and only on the big holidays is when they have a chance of running out. By booking through me you will have access to all the hotel amenities such as pool, fitness center as well as access to free valet parking. Kitchen utensils are available upon request. We do not keep them in the room at all times due to instances where guests just end up losing them or just taking them when check out. Recently there has been a trend of hotels adding daily parking fee on per night basis. Vdara jumped onboard and currently charges $15/night. By booking through me you will NOT be charged this fee as privately owned units are excluded from this new policy. The views were absolutely amazing! We were able to watch the Bellagio Water Fountain show from the hall way. The customer service at the Vdara was top notch. We were slightly confused on parking because there is no garage, but we were told at check in that we got FREE valet for being in an owner suite so that made our life 100X better/easier. You can walk to the Miracle Strip Shops within about 10 minutes and the Aria casino is about a 4 minute walk. Right near city center, Aria, Cosmopolitan and Bellagio. The unit is laid out as described, though the view of the Bellagio fountains is mostly only visible from near the entrance to the unit, not from any of the rooms. The shades are NOT blackout shades and sunrise woke us up each morning. (Most places in Vegas have blackout shades.) The toilets run on their own frequently, which also woke us up. Overall, the place could use a freshening, but was mostly fine. We'll definitely stay somewhere else next time we're there. ##### Keith B. Great views all around and clean. The only little negative thing is one side of the bed is a little sunken in. Which isn't that big of a deal. I will definitely be staying here again real soon. ##### K R. Aria just steps away. We walked to most of our activities. Uber picks up and drops off right at the front door. The condo itself was fabulous. Stunning views from continuous, large, three-sides-of-the building windows. Beautiful bathroom, bedroom and hangout space.The host was good about answering questions, but allow a day or two for a response. The kitchen had absolutely no "stuff" in it, but one call to housekeeping and they will send up whatever you need. Check-in was through the hotel front desk, which was quick and convenient.This was the nicest VRBO I have ever stayed in. I am picky (some might say overly so) about cleanliness and this place didn't give me a single heebie-jeebie. I would definitely recommend this property. ##### Ruth B.
