Everything in the studio is my personal property, so please DO NOT take anything. (Spoons, forks, towels, sheets, coffee maker, pens, etc.) Safes are non-operational! However, nobody enters the room while you are staying here—there is no housekeeping service during your stay (see below). Booking directly through the owner means you are NOT paying for EXTRA services you would pay for if you book a room through the MGM resorts. Here are the extra fees you DO NOT have to pay: $20 for floors 29-38 (this unit is on the 35th floor) $10-15 Balcony $15 Strip View $35-40 Resort access No frills/housekeeping - Cleaning is only done before and after check-out, so you only have to pay a cleaning fee once. The longer you stay, the more you save. Optional additional cleaning services are available for a fee. On check-in, you will be asked to pay a refundable deposit to MGM for incidentals of $100/night up to $300 (or they can put a hold on your credit card). 21+ only. Note: The front desk will only be able to help with issues related to the resort and amenities they provide, not the condo itself (which is privately owned).
