Attention Guests! Strict change has arrived in Las Vegas and is outlawing over 7000 short-term rentals. When you rent from us you are renting a fully licensed and permitted property! What that means to you is that when you arrive the home will be ready and not boarded up to due legislative change.

HEALTH AND SAFETY FIRST! Our cleaning crew is meticulous, which is why we have all 5-star reviews and we have been using the same cleaning crew for over 10 years.

The backyard has been fully remodeled and is gorgeous. The in-ground hot tub is state of the art, there are chaise loungers for enjoying an afternoon in the sun, the Blaze BBQ is amazing and the outside dining room chairs are as comfortable as the indoor ones. You will love this desert oasis! Please note that there are security cameras in the front and backyard area to prevent violation of the short-term ordinance rules, which we must adhere to. These cameras are monitored by our Security company. There are no security cameras inside the home.

This Impeccable SINGLE STORY home has been fully remodeled from top to bottom. We are a fully licensed and permitted Short-Term Rental with the city, which means you won't ever have to worry about making a reservation with us and having it cancelled because the city shut us down. This is a significant problem in Las Vegas and we have taken the necessary steps to be sure that our home is available when you are booked to stay in it! This property is close to the strip, Summerlin and Downtown Las Vegas.

The kitchen is fully equipped, the outdoor area has a Jacuzzi, an intimate sitting area, an outdoor dining table, BBQ and so much more. Every bedroom features a SMART TV with the highest speed wireless internet available and the hosts have spared no expense to guarantee you will never want to leave. In you want high end comfort and luxury this is the home for you!

For the protection of future guests who may have allergies there are absolutely no pets allowed in the home at any time with the exception of Service Dogs in which case we will need to be informed what exact work your dog has been trained to perform. Great house away from the Strip

Great place for a family with kids looking not to be in the middle if the Strip but yet close enough that it wasn't a hassle to get to anything. We were in town for a volleyball tournament at the Convention Center and wanted a place where we would not be cramped in a hotel room all weekend and not have to deal with the craziness that is the Strip with a 12 y/o and an 8 y/o. Laura was very helpful when needed. We would stay there again.

A Gem

I am the coordinator of a group of folks that worked together for many years in Chicago. We use this week-long trip to stay connected. We did it 21 years in a row till the pandemic derailed us. So depending on how you count, we're on year 24 or year 27.So, I've seen a few rental houses in Vegas.This place is special. The great room is spacious. The dining room table is huge. The beds are comfortable and the bedding is lush. Distilled water for coffee is a nice touch. Lots of nice plates/bowls/silverware. Modern appliances in great shape. The owners take great care and pride in this property. They are people and not some hired property management company. So questions and (I assume) issues are addressed immediately; no run-around.The landscaping front and back is immaculate, but the star of the show is the backyard. The hot tub is amazing. There is an outdoor table that is as large as the dining room table. The ambiance is organic and inviting. My group and I just sat back there and commiserated for hours.It was a great stay, and I'm sure it will be for you as well.

Tranquility and Relaxation

When you think of Las Vegas you don’t really think about relaxation and tranquility. But staying at Laura and John’s beautiful house is extremely relaxing and tranquil. Their house is lovely and has everything. It’s just like home but better. This was our third time staying there. The neighborhood is very nice and it’s very quiet. The house is a short drive to Las Vegas Blvd and has all the necessities near by. We’ve stayed there with our friends and family and everyone has loved it. Thank you Laura and John.

My friends and I were in Vegas to hike and soak in the sun. The house it conveniently located to Red Rocks and easy highway miles to Valley of Fire. The hot tub was a highlight for us for sure, as well as the backyard. Overall, the place exceeded our expectations.

We had a great stay at John & Laura’s house! It was comfortable, clean & well appointed. Plenty of towels, kitchen utensils & a great layout for our group. The backyard was fantastic, we took full advantage of the sun chairs. Central location to where we needed to be and close to restaurants & grocery. Very enjoyable time!

What can I say....What I can say is if you find the specs of this property to be what your looking for, BOOK IT! The owners are fantastic people. The home was clearly rehabbed, with not much left to want. Technology is there. Safety is there. Everything worked. More things that you would have to purchase were there. I even left supplies, to pay it forward. Neighborhood is clean, appears safe, quiet/private and I never even saw a neighbor; or even anyone curious. Everything is newer condition, and most of all for me, the home is CLEAN. Coming from me, that is an extreme compliment bc with hotels and homes if its not clean, I wont stay. Also will mention there have been no ANIMALS. (altho I like animals im allergic) and I had no issues with allergies.Overall I cant make a better recommendation for a stay. Nothing wrong just smooth and easy. I hardly ever do reviews, bc, can you really trust reviews. BUT here it is well worth it, if I can help one person decide. I would stay here again and wish I could bring this property to all my travel destinations. Job well done. btw if you stay here, go see my dear friend TOMMY at Capos Restaurant for the best dinner off strip ( 1 mile away from home) be sure to tell hm TODD "Boston" sent you... Absolutely fantastic

1 week stay, great family neighbourhood, felt friendly and safe, 20-30 mins away from strip by car or 2 hour walk, plenty of shops nearby for food or supplies, a fantastic base for activities, Host were the best we’ve encountered, I had an issue with my phone and couldn’t find entry details, 1 call and 5 mins later we were in. Couldn’t ask for more. Property it self was perfect, would definitely without hesitation stay again.

Outstanding and Exceptionally Clean

We loved it here. There were four adults staying here for a wedding. A perfect location in a quiet Neiborhood with quick and easy ability getting to any part of town. Laura and John are outstanding hosts that provide an exceptionally clean home. They take great pride in providing everything you might need, from nice up to date appliances, everything you might want in the kitchen, and down to the smallest of details like paper products (tissues, toilet paper and paper towels) not the cheap stuff, items you would buy yourself. The back yard is a sanctuary we used a lot, from eating at the table under the Lani, sunning on the loungers, or soaking in the hot tub after a day of sightseeing. I highly recommend this location for any trip to Vegas, just don't ruin it by trying to use it as a party place.

VRBO perfection!

We had an incredible stay at this extraordinary VRBO! Laura was so welcoming and thoughtful, making sure we had everything we needed for a perfect trip. The home was truly immaculate and the location was ideal—close to everything yet wonderfully peaceful. The recent remodel is stunning, with a modern and gorgeous design throughout. The backyard was a highlight, with a beautiful hot tub that made for relaxing mornings and evenings. The showers were amazing, and the entire place was well-stocked with everything we could possibly need. We highly recommend this place and can't wait to stay here again on our next trip to Vegas!

This home is amazing! A group of colleagues and I all stayed for a corporate event and everyone loved it. It was extremely clean, beautifully decorated, and the jacuzzi was wonderful added bonus…I could go on. It’s very well and thoughtfully stocked with all essential items from the kitchen to bathrooms. There was a lot of thought put into the details of this property. It’s very conveniently located to nearby restaurants and only 15 mins to the strip. The host Laura and her husband John were very communicative, providing clear instruction for arrival and departure and were quick to answer any questions that came up. Highly recommend!

Amazing Stay

I have never been wowed by a property before until I walked into this home. It was so perfect in every way. It was more spacious than I thought looking at the pictures. The home is modern clean and updated. We definitely enjoyed the back yard it was so peaceful. I got in the hot tub once, but I wish I was able to use it more during the stay.
