Welcome to Casa Rossa! A beach villa in Cap Bonita a luxury gated beachfront complex. Comfortably sleeps 12, it has 5 bedrooms and 5 1/2 bathrooms  
  
The house is conveniently located in the heart of punta Bonita. It has a quick easy access to the beach path- there are restaurants, bars, surf on one side and closer to the house the tranquil waters of Punta Bonita on the other side. It’s the perfect location in the most prestigious area of Las Terrenas.  
  
With 5 bedrooms, 5 and half bathrooms, this villa accommodates up to 12 guests.  
  
The main house features 3 bedrooms a kitchen, dining area, living room with TV and AC, terrace with outdoor dinning, tv, big seating area, pool area with BBQ and an additional outdoor dinning area.  
  
Adjacent to the main house is a beach casita offering two more bedrooms two bathrooms, a cozy living room area and a small kitchen.  
  
Located in the exclusive residential area of Cap Bonita, Casa Rossa offers easy access to the beach path, surf, and closet tranquil waters of Punta Bonita. Book your stay and experience the best of beach living!
