Welcome to Seaview Phinikoudes Flat, a modern three-bedroom apartment located on the 5th floor, easily accessible by both stairs and elevator.  
Upon entering, you will be greeted by a spacious and elegantly decorated living room, furnished with a comfortable two-seater sofa and a sleek dining table with six chairs. The living area also features a 43” smart TV and complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi throughout. Patio doors open onto a beautifully furnished veranda with comfortable outdoor seating, offering breathtaking views of the sea.  
As you move further into the apartment, you will discover a fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances including a microwave, oven, stovetop, large refrigerator, and washing machine. This kitchen is designed to meet all your needs, whether you're preparing a quick meal or enjoying a leisurely breakfast.  
The master bedroom is a serene retreat, decorated in earthy tones and featuring a comfortable queen-size bed, a dressing table, ample wardrobe space, and plenty of natural light. The bedroom also offers stunning sea views from its windows. Balcony doors from the master bedroom lead to the shared veranda, allowing you to step outside and enjoy the fresh air and view.  
The second bedroom is bright and airy, decorated in warm tones and furnished with a comfortable queen-size bed, a large mirror, and generous wardrobe space. This room also benefits from abundant lighting, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere.  
The third bedroom is designed in earthy tones and features two comfortable single beds and ample closet space. The bright and cheerful ambiance of this room ensures a warm and inviting environment for relaxation.  
The apartment includes two bathrooms: the first is equipped with a bathtub, the second features a stylish shower, providing comfort and convenience.

Shops, supermarkets, and restaurants are all within walking distance, making it easy to access everything you need. Phinikoudes Beach is just an 8-minute walk away, while the Mackenzie area is only a 10-minute drive, and Metropolis Mall Larnaca is also just 10 minutes by car.  
This prime location ensures that all the attractions and amenities of Larnaca are within easy reach, making Seaview Phinikoudes Flat the perfect choice for your stay. Experience the ultimate combination of comfort, convenience, and stunning views.  
All passport/ID’s copies for occupants and guests must be provided prior to arrival. No access to the Property can be given until Phaedrus Living has seen satisfactory identification -such determination to be at the Phaedrus Living sole discretion. Lead Guest must be 18 years or above to stay at the Property Any removal of property inventory may be treated as theft. No smoking inside the property. No pets allowed. No loud music or parties allowed. In case of loss of accommodation keys, the service fee of 35- 60 Euros to change the lock will be paid by guest Any illegal activity will result in immediate ejection and notification to the Police. Booking fees will not be refundable by Phaedrus Living in this scenario. Building rules and procedures must be adhered by guests. At the end of the reservation, the premises and its fixtures and fittings must be in the same condition provided at the commencement of the stay. Any breakages, or necessary repairs and replacements will be paid by the guest. Renewal of the reservation is at the discretion of the Phaedrus Living. The guest should inform the Phaedrus Living at least 3 days in advance and it is subject to availability. Payment will be required upon confirmation of the extension of the reservation. If the guest acts against any of the conditions specified above Phaedrus Living has the right to terminate the reservation instantly.
