It includes all necessary amneties for an enjoyable stay.   
Finikoudes beach, restaurants, coffee shops, pubs, shops, grocery stores, Saint Lazarus church and Europe Square are within a walking distance.  
Bus station (Agya napa, Limassol, Nicosia, paralimni) is within 150 meters.   
It's a great place if you like to explore the city by foot.
