It features a fully fitted and equipped open-plan kitchen (fridge, stovetop, oven, microwave, dishwasher) and a living room opening onto a terrace and private enclosed garden. The separate toilet is equipped with a washbasin and a washing machine. Upstairs, the hallway with a closet leads to two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and the other with a double bed. One bedroom has a wardrobe and the other a closet. A bathroom with a toilet is also provided. The apartment benefits from covered parking and is south-facing. The garden is equipped with a picnic table, a barbecue, and a garden shed.
