\- Large, open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen with sea view (oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, kitchen equipment, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc.).  
\- Large ocean-facing living room with TV, coffee table, dining table, sofa, desk (fireplace not working)  
\- Bathroom with large shower, towel dryer.  
\- Garden-side bedroom 1 with double bed (160cm), storage space, dressing room
