You'll appreciate its exceptional location in the heart of Larmor-Plage, where you'll find all the amenities: a bakery, a supermarket, a wine shop, a cheese shop, and a florist.  
You'll also enjoy the magnificent beaches 200m away, as well as bars and restaurants with sea views.  
  
This 40-square-meter apartment can accommodate up to 4 people (1 bedroom).  
The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a two-apartment building.  
  
It features:  
\- Living room with sofa, coffee table, and television.  
\- Dining table that seats four.  
\- Fitted and equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and filter coffee maker.  
\- Sleeping area with two single beds (90cm) and storage space.  
\- Bedroom with a double bed (140/190cm) and storage space.  
\- Shower room with washing machine.  
\- Separate toilet.  
  
Parking is on the street; a blue parking disc is required.
