At the heart of Larmor-Plage, charming Breton farmhouse in stone and exposed beams located 400 meters from the beaches with 150 m2 on 2 levels (electroménager quality and newer) .ii are 2 fishermen's houses that were connected one to the other, both are late 19th century, 3 bedrooms including a master bedroom on the ground floor open onto a large bathroom with jacuzzi, a fireplace in the great throne room, at the back of the house a sunny position terrace overlooking a small garden out of sight, all in a very quiet and peaceful area. Store the car and take the bikes to go to the beach or shopping or go to the Sunday market. Even the supermarket is a pedal stroke. The house is very big and cool as we experienced unusual temperatures for the area. Also lovely secure garden for our dog, she loved chilling under the tree. My husband and son appreciated the cool cider in the fridge - thank you The house is so spacious, our son would happily chill out on the upper level. It is so easy to get around, we went early every morning with our dog, to the park, to the beach and for coffee. I could so easily get used to that routine. Ten minutes walk to the Port, the beach and maybe 15 to the town. We parked up our car and that is where is stayed for the week. The house is a combination of old and new. Most of the downstairs is old with very thick walls. This helps it to keep a pleasant temperature. All the windows and doors have shutters so these also keep the house nice and cool in hot weather. The lounge is lovely with a comfy sofa and a large tv. The kitchen has very good facilities. Not much storage space but we moved things around. The main bedroom is at the front of the house, downstairs. It is a little odd, with a curtain between the bedroom and the bathroom, but the bed is very comfortable. There is also a tv in this room. The other two bedrooms and the shower room/toilet are upstairs. The bedrooms are in the attic so care needs to be taken to avoid banging your head, but they are lovely rooms and also had very comfortable beds. The sofa bed was also used when one of us was poorly and was as comfortable as a regular bed, which was a nice surprise! It does get hotter in these bedrooms but our adult kids were perfectly happy up there. The shower room is small but the shower is good. The garden is private and very nice to relax in. There is a BBQ, which we didn’t use. There is a washing line with pegs. The washing machine and dryer were used and work well. There is an outside tap which was useful. We didn’t have bikes but walked into Larmor Plage every day. We enjoyed exploring all the different beaches and finding shells and sea glass. Sunday market was great ##### Lorna G. Aug 7, 2022 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Absolut empfehlenswert Im Haus ist alles enthalten, und vor allem, in guter bis sehr guter Qualtität. 6 Personen und 2 Kinder, und man hat im Haus nicht das Gefühle das es zu eng ist. 1 Duschmöglichkeit und ein großes Bad bieten auch bei morgentlichen Großbetrieb für ausreichend Waschmöglichkeiten. Doch die Terasse mit dem kleinen Garten toppt nochmal alles. Vom Weber Grill bis hin zu den Sitzmöglichkeiten...alles top. Maison agréable avec le charme de l'ancien, au calme, bien équipée et qui a un jardin très agréable et bien ensoleillé. Nous avons pu manger régulièrement sur la terrasse. 1mini bémol pour en trouver : maison un peu sombre mais cela s'explique par le fait qu'il s'agit d'une maison ancienne.
