The hotel is in a good location for shopping. The mall is right across the street. The amenities offered by the hotel are excellent. A large pool in an atrium setting. It was nice having a room with a balcony to sit out on looking at the atrium. There was a coffee maker, microwave and fridge in the room which is a nice convenience. The room was clean as well as the hotel itself. It could be a bit noisy in the evening depending on how many people were using the pool. There was only one negative, the matteress was to soft. This seems to be a downfall of the Sandman chain. I have stayed at the Regina one and it was the same problem. Overall I would recommend this hotel. There maybe cheaper hotels in Kelowna, but the cleanliness, pool size and atrium setting make it well worth staying here.
