He said hed give me quarters but i felt i was fine, no coffee pot so i bought a 12 one which i left.l, parking was in a parking lot that was shared by business so a couple tines we got lucky someone was pulling out so we got a spot. They were working on the space downstairs which got a little loud at times but they didn't start until 8am & were done around 5pm. Carpets were old hes hoping they get replaced this fall. Communication was ok Monday took a bit longer when i had issues with dryer, messaged, texted & left 2 voice mails before i got an call back. Appliances were old but the stove top & fridge worked. I was confused when he told me he didn't own the loft that he rented it for his office space. Its at a high price for what you ##### Jenni B.
