Explore the nearby sandy beach "Plage Suzette (Bassin)" located just 1.3 km away, or venture to the sports harbor a mere 850 m from the property. The villa features a spacious 6-room layout spanning 110 square meters, offering a bright and comfortable ambiance with beautiful furnishings. The centerpiece is a large living/dining room measuring 40 square meters, complete with a panoramic window and a dining table. This area also includes air conditioning for your comfort. The living room leads out to a terrace, providing an ideal indoor-outdoor living experience.  
  
Amenities Included  
You can expect a range of amenities to enhance your vacation experience. The villa is equipped with air conditioning, a washing machine, a barbecue, a dishwasher, heating options, a microwave, and a television. The maximum capacity is seven guests, accommodated across four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The open kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four induction hot plates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine with Nespresso capsules included.  
  
Other Information  
The villa features a lounge area with a flat-screen TV, providing a comfortable space for relaxation. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with French beds measuring 140 cm (length 190 cm), while another bedroom has a larger French bed measuring 160 cm (length 200 cm). Additionally, there is a gallery with sloping ceilings (ceiling height ranging from 50 to 180 cm) that houses another French bed measuring 140 cm (length 190 cm). The villa offers both electric and gas heating options for your convenience. Outside, you'll find a terrace with a south-east facing position, complete with terrace furniture, a portable barbecue, and four deck chairs. Other amenities include a washing machine, hair dryer, and complimentary WiFi internet access. Please note that this is a non-smoking property with smoke alarms installed. The bed layout is flexible, allowing for more sleeping options than the maximum capacity, although the maximum number of guests should not be exceeded.
