What an absolute treat to be surrounded by green fields of soybean and corn, to walk freely with the dogs along wide mown paths with the sun rising and the dew sparkling. The home itself was immaculate and comfortably furnished; plenty of room to stretch out, and everything one could need in the kitchen(s). The sunroom was a favorite spot for humans and dogs alike. We came for a weekend getaway and were thoroughly impressed. Kim, the hostess with the mostess, had this place impeccable. We have never been to a better stocked rental. She even had a special basket of goodies waiting on us. Plenty of towels, kitchen needs, stuff for your pup, and any other little detail you could think if. We didn't have to leave for any supplies. Only downside is the two regular beds are very tall and extremely hard to get in if you are older with back or hip issues, however they are very comfortable. Surrounded by beautiful farmland and rolling green hills, it is the perfect place to unwind. Quiet and peaceful, we enjoyed the night sky from the hot tub. On the inside, everything was immaculate. This home is stocked with everything you could need, and then some! It was definitely a repeatable experience. Thank you so much, Kim, for helping with the registration issues we had. Everything was perfect. The owner has thought of absolutely everything one could need. Having the second kitchen downstairs was especially nice. Both kitchens were stocked with all that we needed. The beds are comfy and all the bed/bath linens are high quality. We spent a lot of time in the sunroom. It’s beautiful and comfy. The setting is very private and peaceful. I would love to see it in the summer and fall. I’m certain it’s beautiful. The owner was easy to reach and kept communication lines open. She was flexible with us when we had a request to make. Big plus that the property is pet friendly. This was a fantastic experience. ##### Melissa B. Country View Getaway was a great location for home base. The house was very clean, spacious, and beautiful.
