Come and sit on the porch to start your day with coffee and listen to the birds. Coming to Guntersville to fish, hunt, hike, see the bald eagles, or just relax and unplug? This is the place for you. Our cozy cottage has 456 square feet that takes you back to simpler times. It is equipped with 1 bedroom (Queen Bed) and 1 full size bathroom that sleep up to 2 adults. You'll have your very own kitchen, full size washer and dryer, and living room to relax and watch tv. We now have wifi for your convenience. You'll also have a 16' x 36' covered shelter to park your vehicle or your boat. It is equipped with lights and electrical and water hook ups. You'll have access to the Fisherman's Landing pavilion where you can hang out and relax or enjoy your dinner on at one of our picnic tables. You will also be able to use our fish cleaning station while staying with us. What we provide: We provide all bed linens and towels for you during your stay. We also provide you with a basic starter set of toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, trash bag, and laundry detergent. Pet friendly and nice location to access the South Sauty boat ramp.The cottage worked out for us and what we needed, but just wanted to share a few things so others can prepare: There weren't any cleaning products in the house for daily use (outside of dawn dish soap) so we bought our own to use. Not really an issue, but wanted to call it out.There aren't a lot of options for kitchen utencils. We cooked on the charcoal grill each night, but there weren't any metal spatulas or tongs to use. There also weren't any steak knives. However, we made do with what was available.If you're pulling a boat, use the 2nd entrance to the property.
