This custom designed 5000 sqft home features 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bath & separate apartment with either external or internal door. Apartment with two queen beds and sofa bed in living area as well as kitchenette. So in total Sleeping Spaces. Features a covered porch, private dock, fire pit, outside speakers, hot tub, outdoor seating, a private garden, & much more. This beautiful lakefront vacation rental has a spectacular location right on Floras Lake. With a pool table, hot tub, full kitchen, private boat dock, and a welcoming atmosphere, your family will feel right at home here and ready for a wonderful Southern Oregon Coast adventure. This home is located right on Floras Lake, so when you stay here you can enjoy both the nearby beach and the lake, which is a famously great place for kite boarding. All bedrooms have King beds and full view of the lake. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with enormous walk in rain shower and free standing bathtub. The other two share a full bathroom with shower/tub on lower floor, one with a fireplace, a sofa and sliding glass doors opening to outdoor deck with hot tub. The luxurious and spacious two-level main house has large picture windows from where you can enjoy panoramic views of the lake including a serene sunrise and sunset sky. The unique decor brings out all the best features of the open-plan living spaces. The upper level consists of the main kitchen which is fully equipped with state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and top-level finishes made for any skilled chef opening up to dining for 12 and easy exit to BBQ, and patio dining for further 12. We had a family get together of 9 people and the house was perfect. Plenty of space for sleepy and hanging out. We spent lots of time on the decks-swimming, barbecuing and dining. Just 30 minutes south of the Bandon Dunes Golf resort but everything we needed within a few miles. Love how remote the place is and we as a family had a really fun, relaxing time! ##### Steve C. We were specifically wanting a four bedroom property so that we could each have our own space at night...we've graduated past bunking together. This property is absolutely gorgeous. It is clean, well appointed and spacious. It was only about 30 minute drive to the golf resort, door to door, and about 50 minutes to the regional airport we fly out of. We were too busy golfing to use the equipment for the lake, but had we had the time, I would have loved to have gone fishing. Having stayed at many properties over the years, a small thing that stood out was how easy the check out process was, which is nice when you're running out the door to catch a flight. The views of the lake and sunset exquisite. Beds comfy, living room furniture pretty good. Sleeping comfort level could be improved with fresh (not lumpy) pillows all around. Kitchen very nice but could use fresh dinnerware as all the dishes are heavily stained. Coffee pot did not work very well. The house was perfect size and location for our purpose of Serving Thanksgiving dinner for older relatives who live nearby. Very happy that I prepared well at home for the dinner and brought a lot of my own pans and serving dishes. The cost of the rental was reasonable until all the additional fees and taxes nearly doubled to advertised cost per night. ##### Catherine G. The views were incredible! We spent a lot of time out on the deck at the table just enjoying the scenery. The kids were thrilled that the ocean was just a short walk away. Having easy access to the lake and near by beach was fantastic along with relaxing in the hot tub. Trying to find places to eat was a bit of a challenge as most places are only open a couple days a week due to covid and lack of staffing and you have to drive nearly a half hour each way. The house was very modern, clean and well equipped and the access to the lake was awesome. Having both the lake in your garden and the beach a short cycle ride away gives you the best of both worlds and we all really enjoyed our stay and wish it would have been longer than 2 nights as there is a lot to to in the area too. Crystal the property manager was very helpful and super responsive to any asks we had during our stay. Hoping to be back again at some point. ##### Tina W. Played at Bandon Dunes for three of the days and Bandon Crossings once. Bandon Dunes was only 20-25 minutes away... The views of the lake are amazing! Watching the fog roll in at night and out in the morning gave us the full Oregon weather experience. It was really fun to BBQ and sit outside and eat in the covered dining area. Hot tub was nice after playing lots of golf. Having a dock and the pool table made it easy to enjoy the house without electronics. I'd recommend this place! ##### Brian C. The location and the house itself are awesome. We enjoyed swimming and kayaking in the lake. We enjoyed hanging out on the large upper deck off the main room. It’s an incredible property. Amazing except it should be easier to understand that the property is treated more like a big townhouse with a neighbor sharing a wall downstairs as well as one across your driveway. Luckily the neighbors during our stay didn’t bother us and were kind but we still heard them wake up at 7 am and bang around under our master bedroom which wasn’t peaceful for a lake getaway. Also you have to share the dock which is the main reason we wanted the house. It says in the description it’s private. It’s not - you share it with the other people on the property. I think they use the word private meaning it is owned by the owner not a public dock. Otherwise it was beautifully decorated with a chic but comfortable furniture and a nice big kitchen. Spa has an incredible view and the property manager was lovely. ##### MONA L. It's rare to find a property that has multiple king size beds, a large kitchen, and room for us to spread out when we wanted personal space, as well as large living spaces when we wanted to be together.
