Von der Außenterrasse mit transparentem Windschutz kann man eindrucksvolle Sonnenuntergänge bestaunen. Die Schlüsselübergabe und die Abnahme des Hauses verliefen reibungslos. Das Haus selber ist sehr gut ausgestattet und bietet enorm viel Platz. Neue Küche mit allem Komfort. Die Vermietung erfolgt durch die Eigentümerin, die die Übergabe macht; sehr freundlich im Kontakt.
