The return on skis is possible for the advanced skiers if the snow allows it. There are parking spaces at the edge of road, at the bottom of the residence. (communal and free). Apartment classified \*\*\* of 80m ², spacious and comfortable orientated south and west. Under the roof, in a small residence located 200m from the slopes and shops, this apartment completely renovated is rented for 8 people without beds in the living room. It is composed of an entrance hall, 2 double bedrooms and a bedroom with 1 set of bunk beds and 2 single beds, a shower room and a bathroom, two separate toilets, one of them is located in the laundry room. The equipped kitchen is opened on a large living room which gives on two south and west facing balconies giving an amazing view over the whole the valley. The living room is large and bright and has a closed fireplace. Equipments : Dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, oven, vitroceramics hot plates. TV DVD player. Fireplace. Washing machine. Free WIFI. Rented with a ski locker. Sleeps: 2 double beds, 2 bunk beds (recommended for children, only from 6 years old), 2 single beds. Sanitary: one bathroom with bath, one shower room and two separate toilets. You can reserve a closed garage in the residence with extra fees (50€). Good to know : Sheets and towels are provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights in winter (excluding summer and short stays). You can book your lift passes, your ski equipment and your ski lessons at special prices. You will collect the services ordered upon arrival at the agency. A deposit must be paid by credit cart at your arriving. It will be not possible to pick up the key without the paiement of this deposit. INFORMATION: the furniture must not be moved under any circumstances. Fabric covers should not be removed from beds and left clean, beds should be undone properly with duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any breach of these instructions will be invoiced on deposit: 10 € per bed, 25 € per missing mattress, 300 € for the replacement of the furniture. Jan 12, 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Perfekt für Familien Zwei Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten und ein Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten und zwei Hochbetten bieten genügend Platz. Es gibt ein Duschbad und ein Vollbad. Die WCs sind jeweils in seperaten Räumen. Das eine WC ist mehr ein Heizungsraum. Ist aber OK. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Es ist sehr viel Geschir vorhanden und ausreichend Töpfe und Pfannen. Auf die Sofas passen jeweils 3 Personen bequem drauf. Der Wohnraum ist angenehm groß. Der Ausblick großartig.
