The residence is equipped with a lift and there is a communal parking nearby. 40m² duplex , located on the 5th floor with elevator in a residence close to the slopes and shops. In the heart of Vallandry's resort, you will not have to use your vehicle to go to the cinema, the restaurant or to the shops. Rented for 5 people, this apartment is composed of a living room (with a trundle bed) that opens onto a balcony facing East with a nice view on the slopes, a small bedroom with bunk beds, a kitchenette, a showerroom and separate toilet. Upstairs, there is a sleeping area with a double bed open on the living room , a bathroom with a small bath and separate toilet. Equipment : Dishwasher, fridge, oven, electric hob. Television. Rented with a ski locker. Sleeps: 1 double bed, 1 set of bunk beds (recommended for children, only from 6 years old), 1 pull-out sofa. Sanitary : a shower room, a bathroom with a small bath and 2 separate toilets. Free outdoor public parking nearby. No reservation possible. It is possible to rent a garage nearby at an additional cost, subject to availability. Good to know : Sheets are provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights in winter (excluding summer and short stays). Towels can be ordered at an additional cost. You can book your lift passes, your ski equipment and your ski lessons at special prices. You will collect the services ordered upon arrival at the agency. A deposit must be paid by credit cart at your arriving. It will be not possible to pick up the key without the paiement of this deposit. INFORMATION: the furniture must not be moved under any circumstances. Fabric covers should not be removed from beds and left clean, beds should be undone properly with duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed.
