You'll have the entire apartment to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

### L'écrin iodé - 200 m de la plage

Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this charming 50 m² flat in Lancieux, 200 meters from the beach, with wifi, which can accommodate up to 4 travellers. It comprises an attractive living room with a small terrace and sea view, as well as a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower) and separate WC. Housekeeping is included in the rental price, and 4\* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.  
  
The accommodation is composed as follows:  
\- A living room with TV, dining area and sofa.   
\- Open-plan kitchen with electric kettle, oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.  
\- Bedroom 1: double bed (160x200)  
\- Bedroom 2: bunk beds (90x190)  
\- Bathroom with shower  
\- Separate WC  
  
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to add the following complementary equipment: cot, washing machine, ironing board and iron.  
  
Outside :  
\- A small balcony terrace with furniture, table and chairs to enjoy the sea view.  
  
The house is ideally located in Lancieux, in very pleasant surroundings. All essential shops are nearby, including a butcher's, baker's, patisserie, fishmonger's, cheesemonger's, tobacconist's, restaurants, bars, pharmacy, general practitioner, pizza takeaway, market, golf course... The beach is just 200 meters away.  
  
Transport :  
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in a private car park.

great location in lovely village with gorgeous view from the little balcony of the Breton coast. There was good space and the facilities were very good. The main bed a little small for us though comfortable. Loved being within walking distance of the beach and local cafes and restaurants like Sardines À La Plage!
