### La Cabane des Ebihens - A moins d'1km de la plage

The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 115 m² house for rent in the commune of Lancieux, less than a kilometer from the beach, with wifi, which can accommodate up to 8 travelers. It features an attractive 42 m² living room (with wood-burning stove), fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower) and a 150 m² garden. Housekeeping is included in the rental price and 4\* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.  
  
The accommodation is composed as follows:  
\- A 42 m² living room with TV and wood-burning stove (wood not supplied).  
\- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, etc.  
\- Four bedrooms with 3 double beds (140×190) and 2 single beds  
\- Two bathrooms with shower  
\- Two separate WCs  
  
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to add the following complementary equipment: barbecue, washing machine, ironing board and iron.

\- A beautiful 150 m² garden + terrace with furniture to enjoy fine weather  
  
The house is ideally located in Lancieux, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as a butcher's, baker's, patisserie, fishmonger's, cheesemonger's, tobacconist's, restaurants, bars, pharmacy, general practitioner, pizza takeaway, market, golf course...

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot.

Maison très agréable, récente, décoration simple et raffinée, très bien équipée. Espace de vie très convivial, espace sommeil bien distribué Idéale pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis.
