The issues that we had is that the air conditioner in the room was either not working properly, or undersized for the room. We had it set at 68 and it was hot in the room. We tried to turn it down to 66 and eventually 64, and I have a temp meter and the room was reading 80 degrees at night. It was very uncomfortable to sleep. We couldn't open the windows...

« First of all, my husband and I have stayed in at least a dozen different units at Napili Shores over the past 20 years. We are huge fans of this resort and do not stay anywhere else on Maui. This unit was the most modern and upgraded by far. The furnishings, decorations, bathroom, etc. were all very comfortable and nice, and we greatly appreciated the chairs, coolers, and beach umbrella to use.
