We enjoyed feeling like we were far from the city even though we were just a short drive to Branson (30mins) and Springfield (60mins). The cabin has a beautiful view and outdoor area. There is ample space inside the cabin and outdoors, would accommodate a small or large family. But the Master bed was horrible, creaky & felt & sounded like it would break with just sitting on it. It had a dozen hodge podge wooden legs that had been attached underneath to support it (so they obviously knew there was a problem) but those legs spun on their axis & many didn't even touch the floor. The house is in a secluded area, close to town.The layout was nice, the kitchen was equipped with the necessary appliances and prep essentials. However, the vacation house had its drawbacks. The bed in the Master Bedroom was uncomfortably hard, like sleeping on plywood, and the homemade bed frame popped with every slight movement, often shifting across the room. Additionally, the Master Bedroom featured an ADT control panel with a built-in camera and the screen was constantly illuminated. I didn’t report the camera, given our 10-hour drive for an 8-day stay, turning back wasn’t an option. Instead, we covered the camera with tape and draped a towel over the screen, hoping there were no other hidden cameras among the numerous motion sensors throughout the house and on the doors and windows. The hot tub was foamy and had an unpleasant odor, it did get serviced on the fifth day of our stay, but it raised concerns about whether it had been cleaned before our arrival. Our scheduled check-out time was at 10 AM; however, we had to leave early due to a flat tire caused by a sharp rock in the driveway. After addressing the tire issue, we realized we had left an item behind. Apr 20, 2025 #### Buffalo Bluff Everything was Wonderful except the bed in the Master bedroom. Beautiful rustic home in beautiful surroundings. But the Master bed was horrible, creaky & felt & sounded like it would break with just sitting on it. It had a dozen hodge podge wooden legs that had been attached underneath to support it (so they obviously knew there was a problem) but those legs spun on their axis & many didn't even touch the floor. That was super disappointing - also a super thin poopy mattress. Other than that it was great. Mgmt did not remedy the situation while we were there. ##### Tami B. Lake access is questionable if you’re wanting to fish. But that wasn’t our goal. Plenty of space to spread out. The fire pit was awesome as well as the hot tub.
