The grounds could use some upkeep. The pool was not useable. The tin on the roof was coming off and the AC did not work correctly. The one in the LR did not cool at all and the one in the BR did not cool well. The porch light also did not work. It could be a really cute place but it needs work. Not ever seeing the outside before renting if I had I would not have rented. The lady that I communicated with was totally AWESOME!
