Beautiful air-conditioned 41m2 F2 apartment, on the 2nd floor with elevator. A large terrace with a table, garden chairs, with an EAST exposure, located 500 meters from the heart of Lamalou Les BAINS and 700 meters from the Thermal Baths. An American kitchen with an oven, four-burner ceramic hobs, an extractor hood, a fridge/freezer, a washing machine... open to the living room which includes a Rapido 140 sofa bed, a table and chairs, a flat screen TV. A separate bedroom with a 140 bed, a large storage cupboard and a TV. A bathroom with a shower equipped with a shower screen as well as a folding chair and a grab bar, a vanity unit, a toilet with a grab bar. WIFI in the accommodation. Within the residence there are 10 spaces for bicycles in an outdoor shelter. Free municipal parking nearby. Accommodation classified 3\*\*\* in 2022\. PETS ALLOWED. A travel cot for babies can be made available on request within the limit of our stock.

It is suitable for both beginners and experienced players. Many hiking departures in the surroundings are available to you. From Mazamet to Bédarieux, the Passapaïs greenway allows you to travel more than 75 km in complete safety and without nuisance since it is reserved for non-motorized travel.
