### Beautiful 2-bedroom with AC, parking, terrace, and mountain view, 50m from center and thermal baths

Beautiful, air-conditioned, two-bedroom apartment (65 sq m) in a modern building on the fourth floor with elevator and two private parking spaces (one underground and one outside). A south-facing terrace with a table and chairs, two sun loungers, and stunning mountain views. Located 50 meters from the town center and the thermal baths. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator/freezer, oven, microwave, four-burner induction cooktop, range hood, dishwasher, and filter coffee maker. The kitchen opens onto a living room with a sofa (not a sofa bed), a flat-screen TV, a table, and four chairs. There is a separate bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm), a wardrobe, and access to the terrace on the parking side of the building. A second bedroom has a double bed (140 cm) and two wardrobes, also with access to the terrace. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, a sink, a hairdryer, and a separate toilet. There is a laundry room in the residence with washing machines. Wi-Fi is available in the apartment and in the residence's common room. The apartment will be rated 4\*\*\*\* in December 2024.  
NO PETS ALLOWED. A travel cot for a baby can be provided upon request, subject to availability.  
Mandatory additional taxes: Tourist tax and pet tax (€2/day/pet).

Located in the heart of the Haut-Languedoc Regional Natural Park, the town of Lamalou les Bains is classified as a Tourist Resort. It enjoys a privileged geographical location, 200 meters above sea level, close to the sea, wine-growing plains and the middle mountains. The station constitutes a major tourist pole by its climate and its heritage, whether historical or natural. Hydrotherapy and functional rehabilitation occupy an important place in the economic life of the resort and its surroundings. 3 km away, the Lamalou les Bains golf course is located on the banks of the river with a breathtaking view of the Caroux massif, the 9-hole course of Lamalou Les Bains offers great moments of sport and relaxation with its very rigorous layout. It is suitable for both beginners and experienced players. Many hiking departures in the surroundings are available to you. From Mazamet to Bédarieux, the Passapaïs greenway allows you to travel more than 75 km in complete safety and without nuisance since it is reserved for non-motorized travel.
