Newly renovated and waterfront! This super cute and charming 2 bedroom cottage, boasts a king in the master, 2 full baths and it’s own laundry! Just steps away from the water with a free dock space with rental. Enjoy your family getaway with your boat or rent one from a nearby marina!

Welcome to the family owned Blue Bliss Cottage, a serene lakeside retreat, where relaxation meets adventure! Nestled along the tranquil shores of the Indian Lake, this recently updated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom house offers the perfect escape for your next vacation.  
  
As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a cozy and inviting atmosphere, with modern furnishings and stylish decor throughout. The spacious living area is the ideal spot to unwind after a day of exploration, complete with a comfortable queen sleeper sofa (featuring a new memory foam mattress) and a Roku-enabled TV, providing access to all your favorite streaming services for those cozy movie nights.  
  
Prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen, featuring sleek appliances and ample counter space. Dine indoors at the dining table or take your meals outside to the large private deck, where you can savor your culinary creations while taking in wonderful views of the lake.  
  
When it's time to retire for the night, you'll find comfort and tranquility in the two well-appointed bedrooms. The master bedroom boasts a plush (new high-end memory foam mattress) king bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep, while the second bedroom is perfect for the kids or additional guests, offering a full (new memory foam mattress) bottom and twin xl top bunk bed with a twin xl trundle. Both bedrooms also feature their own Roku-enabled TV’s as well.  
  
But perhaps the highlight of this lakeside retreat is the private boat dock just steps away from the house. Spend your days soaking up the sun, fishing, or exploring the waters of the lake at your leisure. Whether you're an avid angler or simply seeking serenity by the water, this private dock (either side of the covered slip) is sure to enhance your vacation experience.  
  
For added convenience, our home includes laundry facilities in the master bathroom. No need to worry about packing extra clothes or finding a laundromat during your stay. Simply toss in a load of laundry and get back to enjoying all the amenities our lakeside retreat has to offer.
