The chain on the gasket kept falling off each time and if you didn’t fix it the toilet would keep running. The overall place is clean. It is definitely a bit of a walk to the beach, especially if you are carrying things. Note: there are a lot of stairs that lead to the private beach, which we didn’t mind. The kitchen is a good size to make dinner. Backyard patio is awesome with the speaker. ##### Danielle O. Loved the large table that we could all eat together and play games. Location was close to private beach which was great! Only issue we had was communication with Vacasa. While they would respond quickly, several times their responses weren’t accurate. I asked ahead of time how many beach chairs, umbrellas and wagons were there…got an incorrect answer. The beach wagon that was there was broken so I reached out and they responded quickly. Said we would receive a new one on Wednesday, by Friday still no wagon even though I reached out a second time and they said one would be delivered. After we checked out housekeeping called looking for the wagon…told them it wasn’t ever delivered. Normally this would not be a big deal but when you are walking to the beach it is. ##### Kathie P. We had a toilet issue but did not pursue management follow up because we were too busy. Something should be done to improve the visibility at night of the entrance to Kruse St from the Red Arrow Highway. At night it is almost invisible and dangerous.
