My FiancĂ© and I (and our dog) took a trip to Lakeland to visit family and had a wonderful stay at this house. The location is so close to Publix, Starbucks, shopping/antiquing, restaurants (you name it), yet the house is tucked away in the neighborhood so you hardly hear any noise. The condition of the house was wonderful and the AC worked great (sometimes a problem in older houses). We didn't get a chance to use the outdoor kitchen but it was well stocked and seemed perfect for grilling- it's even screened in so you don't need to worry about mosquitos in summertime.
