#### Cozy home feeling

At first I was unsure about staying anywhere but a hotel while I’m on business but this experience was so great that I continued my stay another 2 weeks. There is so much less hassle and guess work. The hosts did a great job disseminating information prior to arrival. Other guests were very respectful of the house rules and friendly. A lot of shops and restaurants are within walking distance, especially one of my favorites Chipotle.

#### Good place to stay. 

We arrived at around 1:30am. A bit of a mix up getting access, but it all worked out. There are 4 rooms and you have access to the kitchen, dining room and living room. Each room is marked as well in the kitchen cabinets, refrigerator. There are utensils, cups and glasses, plates and flatware. The rooms are cold in the character sense, but it was fine for us as we only slept there. It could use a better shower head but it worked. It’s cheap, clean, safe and in a good location. I recommend this property,

Easy check in, clean 👌 environment, nice location close to shopping and eating establishments. This is my 3rd time here this year 2025\. Plan on a couple more stays this year. Highly recommend if you're in the area. You won't be disappointed. 👍

Okay, it was way too comfortable. Way too quiet. Easy access to things he might need, i.e. restaurant shopping. Place was clean, just an overall great steak. Communication between the host was superb. Will definitely stay again if in the area.
