The studio is conveniently 1.5 miles from I95, making your commute a breeze.  
This freshly designed space boasts brand new furnishings and a kitchenette stocked with essentials. As the sun sets, the enchanting lights illuminate the space, creating a magical ambiance for evening relaxation.  
The space  
Guests love the privacy, coziness and efficient design, allowing for a comfortable stay. The central location allows easy access to beaches, JFK Hospital, zoos, museums, botanical garden, and Lake Worth/West Palm downtown areas that offer popular restaurants and bars.  
  
Full size bed, 42 inch TV, kitchen & bathroom essentials, strong WIFI, computer monitor with HDMI cable, in unit washer and dryer, coffee, tea, snacks, instant pot/air fryer.  
  
This studio is located in a private fenced in backyard, which requires you to walk through a gravel walkway and grass yard.

One off street parking space included (driveway parking in front of the gate with the yellow pineapple).  
  
We welcome well-behaved pets in our home! Please clean up after your pet, both inside and outside.

Please remember your staying in someone's house, not a hotel.  
  
Please treat our space with respect just as the previous guests have.  
  
If any problems arise I will do my best to take action asap, but please note nobody is living on site 24/7.  
  
All guests must be 25+ years old except children with parents, we charge per guest, please have an accurate guest count.  
  
For non emergency issues I don’t send maintenance to property during your stay, only after you leave.  
  
There is a camera above front door for your protection, if you touch or tamper with the camera you will be asked to leave immediately.  
  
No late check out or early check in. If you arrive early or depart late there will be a $50 charge per event.  
  
No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of god/other things that are beyond our control.  
  
We provide start up supplies (laundry detergent, dish soap, cleaning supplies etc.) but you may need to buy more for an extended stay.
